Monthly Reporting
Brace168 provides our managed incident response customers with monthly reports that break down the customer’s environment into several security performance measures including External Threat Status, Cyber Defence & Response Preparedness, Incident Management & Further Investigations, and Cybersecurity Uplift. These measures allow an executive audience to understand how the risks posed by the organisation change from month to month, as well as how these risks are being mitigated. The performance of the organisation under these indicators is measured by quantitative results to ensure consistency in reporting.
These reports then proceed to go into detail for each log source ingested and highlight the key anomalies with the outcomes from Brace168’s investigations. The visualisations give a detailed overview of the key pieces of security data that needs to be known by the business. This includes data around malicious sources found in the environment, users with consistently risky activity, the movement of suspicious files across devices, security compliance across the organisation and much more.
Based on the above data, Brace168 provides recommendations to better secure the customer’s environment. These recommendations are tracked from month to month to ensure they are implemented. Once implemented, the improvements to the environment become clear in the security performance measures and in the overview for each log source.
Brace168’s Monthly Reports take advantage of automation to improve accuracy, consistency and scalability of the reporting of our customer’s IT infrastructure. This assures our customers of the legitimacy of our security findings each month, and overall, a more secure organisation.
